This is the drawing that inspired [link] , up now that it's finally colored. XD


I want to say these are both my characters, but techinically, my love Dash ( the cute red head there on the left ) here belongs to Steve Perry and the Star Wars universe. XP But, because Dash is so ignored, I've made him my own, so nya! XP Anyhoo, this is Dash and Zel ( Zel being my character :heart: ), chibi-fied! :heart: I think this could be one of the cutest chibi pix I've ever done, IMO. XD Maybe it's just because I love Dash and Zel, ahehe. :giggle:


Oh ya, I guess a small explanation for why I put wings on them is due. XD; Well.. for one... I just like drawing wings. ^^; You can see evidence of that in my gallery, lol. But anyhoo... for Zel, she's kind of the anti-hero, or "fallen" type of character, so I gave her black wings, typical fallen angel wings ya know. =D And for Dash... no he's not evil, but he is charming, an instagator (spelling? XD), and a bit devilish I suppose... at least to Zel. :devilish: :XD:


I'm very happy with how this turned out overall, especially Dash's hair. So fiery~ :evillaugh: I had the most trouble deciding what to do with their clothes tho. ^^; So I guess that part could be better... but otehr than that, nothing but :love:. Oh yes, and my younger sister colored the background, hehe. XD
